Matteo Rapinesi has a consolidated experience in international tax law, in shareholding acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions, as well as in the management of estate and succession planning and the protection of family assets. He is also involved in transactions in the real estate sector.
He is author of in-depth publications on commercial and tax law; he is co-author of the chapter on the Italian tax system in the International Tax Systems and Planning Techniques manual published by Sweet & Maxwell.
Lecturer at Master Courses on Tax Law and Business Law organized by the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore.
