Alpha Management is a registered agent for JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority) and RAKICC  (Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre) for the incorporation of [UAE based] offshore companies. We also incorporate Free Zone companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman and Fujairah. The UAE has signed some 60 Double Tax Avoidance Agreements (DTAA's) and we are able to advise clients on the effective use of these agreements to legally minimise their tax exposure.
