Join Roy Saunders and a panel of expert speakers on Tuesday 31 October at Howard Kennedy in London on Growth Finance and Intellectual Property. The morning workshop will focus on a fictitious case study centred around an entrepreneur’s ambition to develop a task management software company where we will examine the creation of structures to own IP, restructuring IP on insolvencies or acquisitions and valuation techniques for IP. We will then explore growth finance issues focusing on initial funding opportunities with appropriate management incentives and second stage financing advice before considering eventual exit strategies.
The workshop will follow the IBSA’s informal presentational techniques which allow delegates to engage directly with the speakers and is geared to attract entrepreneurs themselves, as well as professional colleagues, who may wish to participate in an in-depth review of the IP and finance issues which may well resonate with many of their own client issues.
The workshop fee is £300 plus VAT reduced to £150 plus VAT for IBSA members.
A certificate of attendance will be available providing 3 hours towards your professional development.
This conference is a must for entrepreneurs who may be involved in some of the issues discussed, as well as professional advisers engaged in advising these entrepreneurs, and especially for their younger colleagues who can gain experience of what clients are looking for when discussing their business ambitions.
