A successful business can have great technology or branding, but what makes it a continued success is to have skilled people leading the business, developing new technology, bringing in new business or providing excellent customer experience. At the core of it all are these talented individuals that a company wishes to retain and motivate, as well as attract more of in order to take the company to the next level. What can a company do to fight to retain and attract more talent?

The speakers will share their insights on:

  • Retention schemes for pre-IPO or listed companies

  • Legal issues during implementation

  • Tax considerations for employer and employees

Networking drinks and canapes will be provided following the discussion.  This event is free to IBSA members and invited guests.
