Member Directory

All IBSA Members are entitled to be listed in the Member Directory. Information provided by our members is used to populate our powerful search engine. Members can provide information including address, contact details, professional services, related specialties and descriptive text which can be searched by IBSA members.

Corporate Members enjoy the added benefits of company branding and sponsorship opportunities.

IBSA Members also enjoy the right to include the IBSA logo on business cards/letterhead etc.


All IBSA members are entitled to attend the IBSA annual conference which takes place in November each year. The conference is held in London and provides members with the opportunity to meet face to face whilst enjoying an informative programme of activities. Members also enjoy substantial discounts on all paid-for events.

Local IBSA Branches run activities and events appropriate to their jurisdiction throughout the year. These include a mixture of formal and social events designed to encourage knowledge sharing and develop business relationships.

The IBSA also provides online activities such as webinars that can be accessed regardless of location. As a certified CPD provider by the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority, the IBSA runs a variety of events throughout the year that qualify for both accredited and non-accredited CPD hours across the professions.

Knowledge Bank

The IBSA has created a Knowledge Bank whereby members can contribute and access articles, news and reference material related to business structuring. Articles are written by IBSA members and provide valuable and interesting information on a number of topics. IBSA Individual members are entitled to submit two articles per year, with Corporate members able to submit up to 12 articles per year.


IBSA Members receive a regular newsletter highlighting upcoming events, news and the latest member articles published on the IBSA website. The newsletter is distributed to our database and offers members the opportunity to reach a wide audience and stay informed as to global best practice.
